Monarch Holidays has won the “Personalisation” category at the 2016 Data Storytelling Awards for the Personalised Video campaign they sent to customers while merging with Cosmos Holidays.
Produced by creative agency WDMP, the Personalised Videos aimed to retain valuable Cosmos Holidays customers through the brand’s transition period. Viewers were shown unique videos reflective of their travel preferences and relevant Monarch booking offers.
99% of viewers completed their Personalised Video and the resulting bookings delivered a 500% ROI.
The judges commented that the Personalised Video campaign was “a memorable approach to personalisation. A simple idea, well executed and with impressive results.”
