Declaration of Accessibility
for the Idomoo Website

In recent years, websites have become a critically important avenue for sharing information and delivering services and products to the public at large. Idomoo provides Personalized Video services to companies around the world, though mostly in the U.S. and Europe. The company’s customers use its services in order to generate video content that is personalized for each and every customer in support of a variety of goals including explaining bills and services, communicating about special promotions or recapping the customer’s activities.

The purpose of the website is to provide information regarding the company’s services, the industries it serves and the value it delivers to its customers. Due to the importance of the services and information we provide to the public, we are obligated — morally, socially and from a business perspective — to provide the best and most accessible navigating experience that makes use of the required tools and new technologies at our disposal.

Website Accessibility

We have implemented accessibility adjustments in accordance with Israeli Standard 5568 on this website, as well as internet content accessibility at an AA level in combination with document WCAG 2.0, published by W3C and dealing with internet standards.

The adjustments made to this website have been checked using the most popular web browsers: Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. For the best surfing experience with a screen reader, we recommend using the latest version of NVDA.

In order to improve website accessibility for people with disabilities, we have made several accommodations, including:

  • Adding a unique mechanism for shifting the user’s focus to the main content by pressing the TAB key once
  • Creating a clear and visible visual effect while hovering above clickable elements on the page
  • Creating a clear and functional navigation sequence that is adapted to the page structure and elements
  • Adding semantic tagging of headers in a way consistent with the page structure and content
  • Providing a clear focus while navigating, including using a frame while navigating with the keyboard
  • Using clear and convenient menus on all website pages
  • Adding a special mechanism to stop video content from playing throughout the website
  • Implementing ARIA rules in order to assist in interpreting website content in the best and most accurate way

Accessibility adjustments performed on the website for visitors using a screen reader:

  • Using a semantic website structure that is convenient for users of screen readers
  • Adding clear headers that describe the purpose of each page
  • Adding alternative text that corresponds to website images and icons
  • Using ARIA LABEL rules that are accessible as users navigate between page components
  • Using clear and simple language throughout the website

It should be noted that this website uses third-party solutions that are operated and maintained by unrelated companies. Idomoo does not have the ability or access to change and/or perform the required adjustments to these solutions under the standards. The responsibility for making such systems accessible lies with the companies that provide these solutions.

The consulting and guidance for making Idomoo’s website accessible was provided by WEB-A website, applications and advanced system accessibility.

Using the Accessibility Add-on

As part of the website accessibility process, we implemented an accessibility add-on that enables convenient usage and improves the user experience and the website accessibility for people with disabilities. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome to navigate the website using this add-on. Using older versions of other browsers may cause certain compatibility issues.

The accessibility add-on has two options for changing the way website information and components are presented:

  • Changing colors in order to comply with the established contrast ratios between the colors of text and backgrounds
  • Creating a visual effect combined with an underline while hovering above clickable elements such as buttons and hyperlinks

Idomoo does not have offices for attending to the public.

The Idomoo team places maximum importance on making the company website and services accessible. The website has been altered and adjusted using the newest available technology tools for the benefit of our customers and website visitors.

Due to new technologies and the frequent updates we perform to our website, it is possible that certain elements may not be fully accessible or are in the process of becoming more accessible.

Did you encounter a component that isn’t fully accessible? Please let us know and we commit to look into it and make the necessary improvements as soon as possible. We commit to providing you with the best service to your satisfaction in a timely and personalized manner.
