About the role:
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll drive the full sales cycle—sourcing new opportunities, leading smart discovery, and closing deals with mid-sized brands ready to level up their customer engagement. You’ll bring creative, consultative energy to every conversation and partner with clients to unlock the power of Idomoo’s Next Gen Video Platform.
We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts hunter and strategist—tenacious, tech-savvy, and excited by the possibilities of AI. You’ve sold SaaS before. You know how to build trust, tailor value to marketers, and thrive in an agile, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Own the full mid-market sales cycle, from prospecting to close, targeting fast-growing companies across verticals like tech, healthcare, financial services, education and non profits.
- Build, manage, and expand a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Develop creative outreach strategies and deliver high-impact demos tailored to prospect needs.
- Maintain and surpass individual revenue targets with precision and consistency.
Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, ensuring satisfaction and account growth.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.
- Partner with Customer Success and Project Management to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success.
AI and Personalization:
- Champion Idomoo’s AI and personalization capabilities, translating tech into value.
- Help clients understand how to leverage our platform to solve business challenges and elevate customer engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing and SDRs to inform campaigns and optimize outbound efforts.
- Share market insights and client feedback to guide product strategy and positioning.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be available during standard eastern time (ET) working hours
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in a hunting role.
- Proven success closing five- to low six-figure deals with mid-market clients.
- Experience selling to Marketing and Customer Experience teams.
- Organized, driven, and motivated by hitting targets and solving problems.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and discovery skills—you know how to uncover real pain points and tailor solutions that resonate.
- Curious, coachable, and highly self-motivated.
