Loyalty Expo took place last week on April 27-29 at Loews Royal Pacific at Universal Orlando, Florida. This was the eighth year of the expo.
As it turned out, I was the only person there from Asia, which is understandable. Total travel time is 24 hours there and 26 hours back, plus 3 days at the event itself. It’s a big commitment for someone from our part of the world, so I thought I would share my insights and observations with you from the event.
A total of 429 persons attended the conference this year. Of these, 256 persons (60%) were exhibitors or loyalty industry service providers, while 173 persons (40%) were there from brands.
