Customer personalisation firm Idomoo has expanded its partnership with Deutsche Telekom to implement its Personalised Video Platform for the company and bring unique video content to customers.
Idomoo was tasked with creating personalised videos for thousands of new Deutsche Telekom customers in Hungary, addressing them by name and explaining their first bill in an effort to engage and connect with them, and proactively address any concerns they had.
The videos also aimed to help customers understand their individual plans, encourage them to take advantage of additional services available and teach them about new products they might find useful.
