About the Role
As Product Manager, you will work closely with R&D, Innovation, and Creative teams, as well as internal stakeholders across the company. You’ll be responsible for shaping how we evaluate and optimize AI-generated video, defining frameworks that balance creativity, automation, and measurable outcomes, while also building infrastructure and driving innovation in the company’s core product.
You’ll act as the bridge between technical and creative teams, ensuring alignment, execution, and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own and articulate the product execution for AI-driven video applications and product infrastructure.
- Define and prioritize product features through user research, analytics, and data-driven insights.
- Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
- Communicate product updates and performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Partner with internal customers (cross-company teams) to translate needs into actionable product features.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with engineering, innovation, and QA teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS startups.
- Strong ability to simplify complex user challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
- Experience in creative technology, video-tech, or AI-powered media.
- Proven experience with motion graphics, solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and narrative video flow.
- Strong technical foundation: Engineering degree OR equivalent technical experience.
- Excellent English — native-level fluency required.
- High energy, curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

- Experience with QA, evaluation processes, or prompt-based systems.
