About the Position

While we’re a SaaS company, we speak a visual language. The Graphic Web Designer will help translate our marketing materials into engaging and exciting visual content for the web.

You’ll work closely with the CMO and the rest of the Marketing team to brainstorm, develop and improve outstanding digital graphics. And you’ll be working alongside some of the best creative talent in the industry, which is pretty cool!

  • Passionate about improving user interfaces and the user experience

Your Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design for websites, apps and email
  • Proficiency with software like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Strong UI skills, including understanding the fundamentals of usability and responsiveness
  • Proficiency creating illustrations, animations (such as a GIF or adding animation to a web graphic), web layouts, diagrams and infographics
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with excellent attention to detail
  • Understanding of visual storytelling for marketing and advertising
  • Experience in design for WordPress preferred
  • Experience working in marketing or advertising preferred

Typical Ongoing Duties

  • Design graphics for multichannel use, including blogs, social, email, webinars and more
  • Create layouts for long-form content, such as ebooks, white papers, presentations and newsletters
  • Translate abstract and data-rich concepts into visual forms, such as a diagram or infographic, focusing on both clarity and visual appeal
  • Collaborate with team members to finish projects on time, taking a self-directed approach to workflow management
  • Choose appropriate visual approach based on marketing and advertising needs and goals
  • Brainstorm and develop designs for ads, including variations for A/B testing
  • Design or redesign landing pages and other web pages, working with our web developer for implementation
  • Adapt digital designs for mobile audiences
  • Maintain library of graphics for repurposing across platforms
  • Upload our brand standards and guidelines across our visual media
  • Stay up-to-date with design and UI/UX trends and best practices
  • Assist with additional design projects as needed
