We are seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Associate Marketing Operations Analyst to join our growing team. If you are a motivated, talented and dedicated person, we want to hear from you!

In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our Marketing Automation platform, HubSpot, as well as proper lead assignment in Salesforce. You will ensure data integrity, reviewing incoming leads for accuracy & consistency. This will involve frequent discussions with our Sales and Marketing teams, sound judgment and an eye for details.

The Associate Marketing Operations Analyst will also be expected to manage several other processes within the company, such as conference prospecting & sponsorships. These activities will require liaising with external providers and our Sales & Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review all incoming leads for consistency (lead source, persona mapping, geography, lead owners, etc…)
  • Ensure that when leads are synched from HubSpot to Salesforce, the fields are mapping correctly and consistently
  • Be the first to surface issues or trends (positive or negative) that may have to be addressed
  • Periodically review leads with Sales teams and surface any issues identified
  • Work with Sales & Marketing teams to clean legacy data issues on both Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Monitor SAL flow and propose changes to lead scoring to adjust for SDR bandwidth
  • Work with 3rd party vendors such as Referral Partners to deploy lead gen campaigns and correctly capture and tag resulting leads
  • Generate periodic reports for Sales & Marketing, as requested
  • Manage processes for event prospecting and attendance
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports


  • 2 years marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot required
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
  • Experience with ABM platforms such as Triblio or others preferred
  • Experience with Sales Enablement platforms such as Groove is preferred
  • Strong Excel proficiency
  • Strong analytical capabilities, data-driven
  • Excellent phone & email communication skills
